About the Chef.

“Since the age of 13, there has never been a doubt in my mind as to what I wanted to be in life. Cooking has kept me alive, off the streets, and in a place where I could use my obstacles in life to thrive in the kitchen. For that, I am forever in debt to the craft.”

Daniel has now spent over half of his life cooking and mastering the craft of Italian cuisine. Pronto Pasta & Catering is built upon humbleness, honesty, hard work, respect and passion for the art of cooking. Daniel has taken his passion for cooking and is taking it on the road to share a lasting experience and memory.
